Consumers Debt Management will always maintain
the highest standards of conduct in all of our dealings.
Consumers Debt Management will always negotiate on the Clients
behalf using a practical and dignified approach.
Consumers Debt Management will not engage in the practice of
legal advice or counseling, and will always refer Client to
the appropriate legal resource on any case that warrants appropriate
legal counsel.
Consumers Debt Management will always respect the opinions and
attitudes of all attorneys, or collection agencies, and any
other parties appointed to represent the Creditor.
Consumers Debt Management will at all times maintain the confidentiality
of the Client.
Consumers Debt Management will always have the best interest
of the Client as the basis for our actions.
Consumers Debt Management will always, and immediately remove
itself from any case which could be perceived as a conflict
of interest.
Consumers Debt Management will never disclose any personal information
about the client, without the Client's express consent.
