There appear to be two riders upon the elephant. This reminds of the large Alexander coin/medallion. Nevertheless the idea appears to have been taken from Kushan coin of Havishka as under (Available for $ 50):

Reverse: Several objects appear on this side. A figure seated crossed legged in the middle. Another holding a staff while seated right. Some undecipherable figures and a snake's head at 6 O' clock.
